You probably haven’t met many people who are as naturally curious as Nathan Rice. But since that’s how he approaches work and life, he’d like to meet you. Why? Because he truly wants to know what motivates you and wants to know your story. And ultimately, Nathan wants to know how Haberman can help grow your brand.
For Nathan, it’s all about mission. Rather than opening a conversation about potential campaign metrics, for instance, Nathan wants to know why you want to do the campaign in the first place. What are you trying to do in the world? What is the dynamic brand story that can inspire authentic new connections with audiences?
Nathan’s personal motivations center on food systems, spiritual discovery, health, the natural world and his family. His curiosity knows no bounds, so you might find yourself talking to Nathan about systems thinking with quick detours into emerging media and online consumer engagement all the way to the nuts and bolts of shopper marketing. He’s drawn to trailblazers in the good food movement like Organic Valley, Lundberg Family Farms, Earthbound Farm, Traditional Medicinals and more.
Nathan is currently enrolled in a Finance course from Yale because he can’t ever stop learning. Previously, he studied to become an Experience Economy Expert through Pine and Gilmore — one of only 100 in the nation who study and explore the impetus of change in business, rather than its manifestation. He has a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University and a master’s degree in education from Cal State–Hayward.
